What’s meant for you will never Pass you by.
Sometimes you meet people and just know they’ll be a part of your story and life for years to come.
Kara and I have been working together for over a year in a coaching capacity and getting to meet in person (YAY!) and bring our people together was beyond magical. The special highlight was getting to know Miss Sophie London (their 10 month old daughter)—who fully embodied being her most authentic self through endless curiosity, giggles, crawling, and the occasional scream. We adore you 💖 Kara and Caleb, Soph is the luckiest to have you as parents!
A key takeaway from our time together: get quiet enough to sit with your heart and really hear yourself. Are you fully happy? Truly fulfilled? Often times we are following someone else’s path of perceived success, love, beauty, happiness, etc. It’ll never feel enough unless it’s genuinely aligned for you. All of life’s possibilities are available to you if you can hold space for yourself. Kara has continually showed me and reminded me to do just that. And as I’ve lived more authentically life has continued to unfold in the most beautiful of ways.
We all have stories we tell ourselves usually rooted in fear or unworthiness but we all deserve a life of abundance and inner peace. In some areas I’ve mastered this and in others I’m constantly working at it, still learning and growing. The journey does not have an end destination and I’m okay with that. Just forever grateful to be on this path 🙏🏻
